Frequently Asked Questions
How do I scan a product?
Tap the "Scan" button on the home screen and point your camera at the product barcode. B4UGO will automatically identify the product and suggest a category.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data across all our services.
Why does B4UGO need my location?
Your location helps us find nearby stores that carry items on your shopping list. Background location (when enabled) allows us to send you alerts when you're near a relevant store.
What data do you collect?
We collect your name and email (from your sign-in provider), location data, and shopping list items. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I report a bug?
Email us at support@buyb4ugo.com with a description of the issue and your device model. Screenshots help!
Data Deletion Request
You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account). If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing us at support@buyb4ugo.com. You can also visit our data deletion page.
