By downloading, installing, or using B4.U.GO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

B4.U.GO is a location-based shopping reminder application. It helps you remember to purchase items on your shopping list when you are near relevant stores. The App uses your device's location to match your shopping list with nearby stores.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using a supported third-party authentication provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including shopping lists, items, and custom stores. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

5. Location Data

The App requires access to your device's location to function. We use your location to determine proximity to stores and to send you relevant shopping reminders. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the App's functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle location data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated tools to access the service without our permission

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon account deletion, all your personal data — including items, stores, maps, and scan history — will be permanently removed from all our systems in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that store information, locations, or product availability are accurate. Always verify important information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
