How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your B4.U.GO account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.

Option 1: In the App

1. Open the B4.U.GO app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to privacy@buyb4ugo.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Your shopping lists and items
• Your saved stores and maps
• Your notification preferences and push tokens
• All authentication tokens and sessions

What We Retain

Anonymized scan logs (with all personal identifiers removed) may be retained for service improvement purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. These logs cannot be linked back to your identity.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
